My most heart felt sympathy to the family of Mario Lomar – lead singer of a very talented and admirable band for me and for many, Curanderos. I met Mario back in 1995. He was among those that pioneered the local spanish rock wave. The last time we spoke, we laughed at a video they played in the background of one of their first gigs. The images were so traumatizing, I demanded he pay for my therapy sessions! -Thank you for being brave enough to share yourself with us all. You’ll never be forgotten.
